**Lowlander II: Lowerlander** is Flat Black Films' sequel to
[Lowlander](/lowlander): roughly 16 hours of play against the original's eight,
a bigger world, and character customisation, in the same early-*Ultima*
presentation and one-handed control scheme.

It soft-launched in New Zealand and the Philippines on June 8th, 2017, went
worldwide on June 15th, 2017, and reached Steam on July 19th, 2025 at $5.99. The iOS
version is $2.99.

## Story

Generations have passed since the deeds of the mighty Lowlander. The land needs
a new hero, because the evil enchantress Yarak means business. As the store copy
puts it, *"she ain't got time for you."*
